Auf dem Programm standen K\u00e4sen und Butter herstellen im Wald und der Besuch der Apotheke zur Rose.<\/p>\n<h2>6 Kilo praxiseigener K\u00e4se<\/h2>\n<p>F\u00fcr das K\u00e4sen braucht es ein Feuer, einen Kessel, eine K\u00e4seharfe und vor allem Milch. Einen extra Raum ben\u00f6tigt man daf\u00fcr nicht, das geht genauso gut im Wald. Wie das Freiluft-K\u00e4sen funktioniert, haben wir Mitarbeitenden der Praxis am Bahnhof gestern miterlebt.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-thumbnail wp-image-1843\" src=\"http:\/\/praxisambahnhof.ch\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/02\/IMG_1063-150x150.jpg\" alt=\"Butterherstellung im Wald beim Praxisausflug der Praxis am Bahnhof\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\">Mit einem K\u00e4ser der Kartause Ittingen stellten wir ein grossen Laib K\u00e4se sowie Butter in Herzform her \u2013 zwischen B\u00e4umen und Wiesen. Die Butter fand ihren Weg aufs Brot und wurde an Ort und Stelle verspeist. Den K\u00e4se erhalten wir nach sieben Monaten Reifezeit in die Praxis geliefert.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Medikamentenlieferungen ohne Fehl und Tadel<\/h2>\n<p>Nach dem Aussenprogramm war das Mittagessen im wohlig warmen Restaurant der Kartause <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-thumbnail wp-image-1842\" src=\"http:\/\/praxisambahnhof.ch\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/02\/IMG_1148_0-1-150x150.jpg\" alt=\"Besichtigung Logistik Apotheke zur Rose\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\">eine Wohltat. Danach ging das Programm weiter in der Apotheke zur Rose, dem Lieferanten unserer Praxisapotheke. Hier besichtigten wir das Lager und die imposante Logistik des Medikamente-Grossisten.
